IPO in the making - HDFC Standard Life IPO

I saw some info on cnbc that HDFC standard Life might be looking for IPO option to raise funds , if thats true then i think that would be the first company to raise money to fund their Insurance Business. More info on HDFC Standard Life IPO will come here if it really happens.
